to our wireless network. It also covers costs the company incurs
associated with interconnection arrangements; licensing fees
associated with transmitter sites; and amounts related to federal,
provincial, and/or municipal mandates. These mandates refer
to programs and requirements such as 911 fees, Message Relay
Service, Wireless Number Portability, and spectrum acquisition
for cellular and PCS spectrum. Please note that this charge
is not required by nor collected for the government. Unless
expressly guaranteed by MTS in a particular Calling Plan not
to change for the Term of the contract, rates are charged based
on current rates applicable at the time of billing, and are
subject to change. |
